Two hour coaching sessions for 8-15 year olds run during each school term. Meet at the sports courts opposite the cafe in Finsbury Park at 10am on Saturdays.
These sessions are run by experienced British Cycling coaches who offer a range of activities from cyclocross, time trialling to road racing in a safe and enjoyable environment.
The emphasis of our coaching is on enjoying our sport. Whatever ambitions a young rider has, whether that’s competing at events or simply to have fun cycling, our coaches will accommodate them and help to achieve their goals.
Your child will need:
• A bike and helmet in good working order as well as spare tubes and levers to change a punctured tyre
• Comfortable clothing
• A signed parental consent form
The cost for one term of coaching for members is £50. Taster sessions are available every Saturday during term times at £5 for non-members.
Each child can do one taster session, after which they will be asked to join the club. You can join the club online here. In your first year of membership the £50 membership fee includes a free club jersey and a one free term of coaching. All subsequent terms of coaching must be purchased separately and are not included in annual membership.
Once a member, all riders will be provided access to the club Spond account in order to track attendance, emergency contact details, and share news/events.

Each term we cancel one of the Saturdays during half term to account for family holidays, but the specific date is chosen closer to the time.
